Dragon Hand Painted on to Agate

I have hand painted a beautiful grey/white dragon in miniature onto this beautiful semi precious agate stone slice. I use gouache paint and tiny brushes to enable me to capture minute details. The natural patterns in the agate stone provide an unusual background to my paintings, this one is especially unique. I always try my best to capture the spirit of the animals that I paint, even dragons!

I have coated the finished piece in a tough resin which really bring out the colours and gives long lasting protection to the painting.
The size is 8 cm x 6 cm, and it comes gift boxed complete with a display stand and certificate of authenticity signed by me.
