I ship worldwide from the UK. I'm pretty swift with my shipping, and goods are usually sent out within 1 - 2 days of ordering (except for custom items & pet portraits)
UK: All items with a combined value above £10 sent within the UK are posted Royal Mail Tracked 48. Goods below this value are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you are in a tearing hurry for something, please upgrade accordingly at the checkout
Overseas: All items are sent via Royal Mail but unfortunately due to the extra cost involved I cannot afford to add tracking unless you select this option at the checkout and pay a little extra (sorry folks!) Any overseas goods with a combined value over £120 will be automatically upgraded to include tracking free of charge (I'm nice like that)
I am not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that you may be liable to pay. Please check with your countries postal service for details of any fees for which you may be liable. Within the UK - 2 - 3 working days
EU & Europe - 3 - 5 working days
Canada & USA - 5 - 7 working days
Rest of the World - 6 - 10 days
