Fox Painting on Agate

I have hand painted a lovely little red fox onto this beautiful semi precious agate stone slice. I use gouache paint and tiny, tiny brushes to enable me to capture minute details. The patterns and colours of the agate provide an unusual background to my paintings, and I try my absolute best to capture the spirit of the animals that I paint. These unique little pieces of art make lovely gifts and sit nicely on a bookshelf.
I have coated it in a tough resin to enhance the gorgeous colours and to give long lasting protection to the painting.

The size of the agate slice is 7.5 cm x 5 cm, and it comes gift boxed complete with a display stand and certificate of authenticity signed by me.
