Piglet Hand Painted on to Agate

Jusy popped up to say hello! I have hand painted the cutest little piglet onto this beautiful slice of semi precious agate stone. I use gouache paint and tiny brushes to enable me to capture minute details, with the natural pattern in the stone providing a unique background. I do my absolute best to capture the spirit of the animals I paint, pigs certainly have plenty of character, and bundles of cuteness when they're this small!
I have coated the finished piece in a tough resin to bring out the lovely colours and to give long lasting protection to the painting.

The size is 7.5 cm x 6.5 cm, and it comes in a gift box complete with a display stand and certificate of authenticity signed by me.
