Rhino Painting on Wood

A lovely little miniature to adorn any bookshelf!! I have hand painted a rhino onto this beautiful silver birch wood slice. I use gouache and acrylic paints, and very fine pen to enhance the details. I try my absolute best to capture the spirit of the animals that I paint.
I have coated it in a varnish to give long lasting protection to the painting.
