Whats that over there then! I have hand painted a curious tabby cat looking for mischief to get up to onto this gorgeous semi precious agate stone slice. I use gouache paint and tiny brushes to enable me to capture minute details, all the individual little stripes on this character took me ages! The patterns and colours of the agate provide an unusual background to my paintings, and I try my absolute best to capture the spirit of the animals that I paint. This agate piece reminds me of an evening sky across fields, just the sort of place a cat would enjoy gazing out across!
I have coated it in a tough resin to bring enhance the beautiful colours and to give long lasting protection to the painting.
The size is 7 cm x 6.5 cm, and it comes gift boxed complete with a display stand and certificate of authenticity signed by me.
