Who's that peeking thorough the leaves? I have hand painted a gorgeous tawny owl onto this beautiful semi precious agate stone slice. The natural patterns in the agate give a most unusual and unique background to the artwork. I use gouache paint and teeny tiny brushes to enable me to capture minute details. I always try my best to capture the spirit of the animals that I paint.
I have coated it in a tough resin to enhance the colours of the piece and to give long lasting protection to the painting.
A lovely little mini artwork that looks great perched on any shelf!
The size is 6 cm x 6 cm, and it comes gift boxed complete with a display stand and certificate of authenticity signed by me.
